The Bistrot is open every day by reservation, for lunch and dinner; it's available for private and business events, whose organization is managed by the structure's staff, specialized and with 20 years of experience.

The internal rooms have a maximum capacity of 200 seats; in the summer, the Grazioli Art Bistrot moves outside, in the wonderful setting of the hanging garden, overlooking Rome.
